Mtn contract

It has been almost two weeks I've been calling mtn to cancel my contract, they are not answering my calls I'm serious annoyed and tired of calling them... I don't know what is their problem because I'm done paying them, all they know is to call me for an upgrade but when I wanna do cancelation they are are not responding...... 😞. Bayangikwatisa shem
