MTN continues to take money for a ********** contract.

Last Month I noticed an MTN debit order deducted from my account. I phoned MTN. I confirmed my details and they inform me that I have an account with them and that I've . I told them that I never had an MTN account. The address is an address in Jhb. I don't even stay in Jhb. What I want to know is how they allow for anybody to take out a contract without confirming ANY details? They told me that they have suspended the line, and I have to sent an affidavit. I did that, and guess what. This morning I noticed that MTN took another Debit order. They didn't cancel the line. They just continue to enable ********* to continue at the expense of law abiding citizens. I don't understand this.
