MTN continues to ***** money on a monthly basis

So . . . MTN continues to ***** my money. After months of trying, I finally spoke to the call centre on July 14th and cancelled my contract. End of July it went off again (thought it's the "cool-down). End of August it went off again. I called on Sept 2nd and was told it was an error and that I would be refunded(Like that happened). Later in Sept I received an Invoice for end of Sept. I was told to ignore. Now end of Sept it went of again!
