MTN Continues to ***** from me every month

Hello, AGAIN

Once again, this month on 14 Dec, I had MTN *****ing from my bank account. I have written to MTN customer care, MTN Data Validation etc etc etc over the past months about this issue.

I am now sick and tired of you people robbing me EVERY ****** MONTH. My internet contract ENDED ON 20 OCTOBER 2015, 2 MONTHS AGO!!! Why are you still billing me? The data validation department informed me (to be exact, I was in contact with [Email Removed] and was served by Reabetswe Hlahatsi, who has since ceased to answer any of my subsequent emails) that they were aware that I was being incorrectly billed, after the fact that I told them I had originally signed up for the 5G+4G per month internet contract in October 2013 @ R499pmx24, and MTN thought I only had 5G per month. Reabetswe also verbally told me that the R2228 rand which was SUPPOSEDLY outstanding was incorrect and would be removed from my final bill. She also said that she would look into the last 6 months of my internet contract, as MTN was charging me all sorts of different rates per month and would ensure that I got a refund for that. NONE OF THIS HAS HAPPENED.

WHAT IS GOING ON MTN???
