MTN continues to send me SPAM messages

I constantly get Covid-19 messages from MTN without any option to opt-out. I have requested numerous times before not to receive any spam messages without any success.

REMOVE ME FROM YOU SPAM MESSAGING LISTS PLEASE!!!
