MTN Continues to Offer Bad service
MTN has consistently let me down when it comes to customer service. Since September 21 2015 I have fought them tooth and nail to be released from my contract after I paid everything off and had requested to be taken off contract and yet they continued to debit my account until the beginning of December and to make matters worse are actually threatening to suspend my Pay as You Go line because I owe them money when they are the ones who need to give me a credit note for the 3 months of billing! And if that's not enough MTN who allegedly pride themselves on understanding their customers have changed their policy (Without Informing Clients) that all the points you've earned for airtime purchases can only be used to call other MTN numbers. Changing policy without first informing your clients is a breach of contract I Demand that MTN allow me to use my points to call whomever I so wish until they formally communicate with their client base of the changes made!
