Mtn continues to debit my account after contract cancelled

I had a sim only contract with Mtn after my contract expired. I called and paid the cancellation fee. Now they are still debiting my account for a cancellation fee. I called and they claimed to have done a credit note. Now they're just messing up with my livelihood. I'll never recommend anyone to take Mtn contract Ever
