mtn continues to be the worst when it comes to fee

I am highly fed up with mtn.<br> months ago i queried a bill print of all website viewed and downloads.<br> till today i still await this and i have been asked for the 3rd time to send my id and a signed letter on the companies letter head.<br> are the agents or people dealing with the queries so ***********?<br> why have they been charging me thousands of rand's with no proof of this! <br> its easy to just debit your bank account and take the money,but as a customer i would like what i have requested.<br>
