I have just called MTN today. My problem is that I cancelled my contract with number ********** 316 and requested that my number be migrated to prepaid. This happened last Wednesday. I got an email that the Migration would take place from 2 to 24hours and that I would receive an SMS to that effect. Now when I call the Call centre, they tell me my account is thirty days in arrears. This is despite the fact that I pay via debit order and the debits always go through. The problem is now that each time I call I get a different explanation. One Network, so many explanations. This is getting crazy. All I want is my number to be migrated to prepaid so that I can do whatever I want with it. What is so difficult about this?
