MTN continues deducting huge amounts even after being notified.

I've been de*****ed of ±R12K, reported it to the MTN ***** department and SAPS with a case number/affidavit and then they have the audacity to take off an identical amount today now equating to R25K! I am done with MTN. They are holding my account hostage and my hands are tied because my cry for help is falling on deaf ears and my many emails are being ignored. Another disappointing brand!
