MTN continue to ignore my complaints

Hi MTN,

I have been logging complaints and sending emails that are still being ignored. One of your billing ladies told me that you have deducted an amount from 9 years ago, after that Alice sent me a recon of my account. I have asked Alice to phone me back three times yet still get no call nor an answer. I want explanations please FROM BILLING. Not customer service who do not know what is going on.
