MTN content services - subscribing us and ripping us off without our knowledge
Recently i'm being subscribed to all sorts of ******* content services and the charges are daily ranging from R5 to R30. Firstly i have no interest in BS **** **** etc!!! I have tried to call the number that shows as their contact details and it says the number is not available. I use the USSD *135*5# to check and i'm in shock that it shows I'm subscribed to the same thing 72 times!!! How do you cancel this **** apparently its MTN play stuff which i seriously don't have time for...hope to get some sort of assistance through writing here

15 May 2018, 16:39Once again i have to write about MTN's pathetic service. I am constantly getting smses for all sorts of content subscription. This is becoming seriously frustrating as i have no interest in ***ual content or any other. This is now calling for legal action as i have had enough with MTN's lack in service. If i use the USSD to check what i have been subscribed for there is a list of SEVENTY TWO ranging from HOTPRIME, HOTSQUARE, MYPRIZES4ME, SPICYV2, SPICYV5, MY COMPETITIONS. i have no clue what these are!!! daily i am getting smses stating that i am subscribed to SMILE COLLECTION, VIDEO JOKES, TOP WOMEN, MOBILE GIRLS, WORLD OF JOKES. I WANT THIS SORTED IMMEDIATELY!!! Mr Mike Ramaboka you stated you removed subscriptions on my cell number but nothing has been done and neither did you respond to my last message..this is blatant and obviously confirms the pathetic level of service in MTN. Awaiting an urgent response
