MTN Content charges

I currently have an issue where MTN have AGAIN added content charges on my contract after I have not consented or app**** for anything. They just keep saying it's a third party service, but still MTN bills me. Then why cant MTN reverse the billing and get this "third-party" to bill me separately. That's what I need. I have asked on 9 x emails for a supervisor to contact me or give me a number for me to contact the supervisor, and they just keep copying and pasting the same reply over and over... I will report them to the ombudsman if they cannot sort this out for me.
