MTN contacts Not terminated at end of contract term

My MTN contract came to end in Nov 2022. When I went to mTN store to terminate my contract I was told of a lengthy termination contract which needed me to print out the termination form and scan it myself. I was then emailed back enquiring as to why I want to end my contract. I explained in an email that I could not afford it. I was then informed that my contract would be terminated by Jan 09, till today my number has been blocked by MTN (my business is negatively affected as it was business contract). I have called and emailed MTN for last three days, taken from pillar to post with no solution till now but I'm billed R594 odd for an account I don't owe nor do I want to continue with. I have emails talking to MTN but till today no help. I have names of people who were saying they are helping but nothing....
