Mtn contact's

Good day I am disappointed in mtn 😞 I received a call to upgrade my contract and I did. Bit when I was suppose to received it my ID no didn't correpond with there I'd I am already 35 years with mtn I try to speak to a mtn consultant but nobody can help me to rectify it.they said I must go to a mtn shop to rectify it the send copies to mtn but nothing happened my old ID didn't had a bacode in the 80's and I went to rectify it my oolid was 007 and changed to 080 I couldn't understand why it happened because I had many contracts so the mtn consultant at mtn shop said the don't look at the ID no's I think they are useless
