MTN CONTACT UPGRADE - HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I have been waiting for a month and a half for my new phone. I did my upgrade online and was promised that the phone will be delivered within 7 working days. Since then, I have had no pleasure from MTN. They cannot help you when you phone, the person assigned to my case is never available and always makes excuses. She fails to respond to my queries and 6 weeks later - I am still waiting. This is ridiculous.
