MTN contact transfer

Hi there. I am trying to transfer a cell phone contract from private to a school name. MTN Harvest Place in Kempton Park are doiing the paper work. This is goiing on now for almost three months and nothing is happening. They allready send a new bill on my name but the contract is not completed yet. The number concern is ***. This is really frustrating.
