MTN Contact Phone

MY dad Brought 2 P40 contact phone, at R700 per month. 1. NO Debit order was done as per arrangement, then we decided to pay it cash at the store. 2. We are now Paying more than we should due to uncontrollable Limit on the Sim cards, tried to reduce it to R0, No one can assist us on that. Went to MTN Stores, tried to contact MTN Service still no assistance. 3. We Decided to remove Sim Cards so that at least it's not being used but still the bill comes in higher amount. 4. Tried to terminate the contract but still on hold on and off.

So now we Came to a decision that we not gonna make any payments until this is resolved.
