MTN Contact Centre - USELESS!!!!

Pathetic Service!!!!!

I recently upgraded my contract and needed some clarity because it seems I did not receive everything I was supposed to with my package.

I tried calling the contact centre 4 times and every damn time they either drop the call or the call cuts.

I need service!!!!
