MTN CONTACT- home router

A home router contract telephonically however the router never worked from the time I received it I called the call center numerous time however no one could assist me. Furthermore I was missed late in terms of my payments. I then send an email on the 3rd of Jan 2023 to mtn inquiring about the contracts as no agent could assist me. I received the automatic response stating that's my email will be attended to within 48 hours.

My issue is not resolved never received any communication from MTN.
