MTN consumers don’t matter! Number LOST just like that!!

MTN HAS DISCONNECTED MY LIFE TIME NUMBER WITHOUT ANY NOTICE and when I call speaking to Noxolo - Supervisor I was informed there’s zero they can do! And basically it’s my problem, so the consumers don’t matter, retention means zero.
