MTN consumer protection act Violaters

MTN broadcast messages blatantly violate the existing consuner protection act. They spam clients incessantly! I receive daily messages and have received up to 12 messages a day - with the content displayed below. There is ZERO opt out option: I have exercised every opt out option on MTN's phone menu to no avail.! I have followed their client services directove and turned off the broadcasting option on my phone and still the messages keep coming....

"MTN add contentYou will receive 50% discount.Get up to 85% discounts on MTN Comfort Zone, dial *175#."

"You will receive 30% discount.Get up to 85% discounts on MTN Comfort Zone, dial *175#."

"You will receive 70% discount.Get up to 85% discounts on MTN Comfort Zone, dial *175#."

MTN messenger has stopped responding to my requests for assistance. I am an Afrihost client and not subscribed to MTN.
