MTN CONSULTANTS NEED TRAINING

Hi MTN please send Phumzile back to training, how does MTN call their consultants service champions when they are so terrible in the manor they speak. I spoke to Phumzile on the 17/10/2017 at 1.30pm her responses were shocking, when I asked her a question she would respond with ''mm'' or ''mmomm'' no professionalism whatsoever.
