MTN Consultants Need more knowledge with Tech / Security Breach is a concern too

On the 09/03/2022 I struggled with loading airtime and Data while I had it on my MoMo platform, seen I am struggling I called MTN customer care with 6 Not knowing how to help me and or even telling me they can't help, simply because my Number has been Migrated to Contract,how so because I should at least been called for every legitimate verification questions too.

But people who offered my colleague Contract on my number went ahead and my question is how possible is this ,MTN caught napping or they have been napping all this this time because this number is mine with all my details even Id number but independent People managed to do contract without my knowledge and linked it with my colleague
