Mtn consultants ignoring calls

I have been trying to get hold of mtn contract customer but nothing, their phone goes super quiet from a song playing on the background its like they put your phone on hold and ignore calls deliberately and hire people that want to work irrespective of the time of the call. I am ****ed because now I really have to get hold of them since both my lines are suspended due to contract upgrade and its their procedure that after an upgrade you have to cal them to open the line for you but how the he'll am I going to do that if thrusting answering their phones
