MTN Consultants can do what they want to your contact and give wrong information

I spoke to a consult about my phone being suspended. They said there is no outstanding balance it is not suspended. I argued with them for several minutes after they tried to say its network issues and we need to restart etc etc etc. Eventually when I have to become an irate customer only then he does his job and says oh sorry there is a soft suspension. After several more minutes they tell me someone made this mistake, they cant tell me who did it and why they did and there is nothing they can do. So apparently MTN doesnt hold its advisors accountable for their mistakes, anyone can do anything on your contract and nobody will know who or why. Day 3 of not having a working phone and the best I was given is they will fix it in 24 hours. So 4 days of my phone not working for work purposes. I must get into trouble with my boss but the advisors at MTN dont.
