MTN consultants are misrepresenting the contract to us MTN customers and that is frustrating because we are loyal customers to them but their consultants are taking advantage of us.😏 I was contacted by an MTN consultant who informed me that my existing package would be upgraded and discounted from R199 to R169 as a loyal customer. However, after accepting the offer, I discovered that MTN has instead been deducting R398 from my account and that is frustrating because now I must phone them 100times asking for a refund. Their misrepresentation of contracts is uncalled for.😏
