MTN constantly sending Spam
So I have tried on numerous occasions to speak directly to someone at MTN about this issue but have got no response. You cannot speak to a representative through the 173 number and my emails have not been rep**** to.<br> <br> Basically I have been receiving constant spam messages from official MTN numbers and I want them to stop. These spam messages range from anything from ringtone offers to prize money in a lottery I did not enter.<br> These messages have been coming from official MTN numbers like MTNYello, MTNRewards and MTN141. I can get up to 7 spam messages from these numbers in one day.<br> These messages are extremely unprofessional and I would expect a company like MTN would be above this kind of shady and borderline ******* activity to ****** money out of their customers with useless subscriptions and useless offers.
