MTN constantly ignores cancelations on purpose

All these MTN reference numbers and yet still nothing has been done to fix it<br> <br> REQ:*** logged 7 May<br> REQ:*** logged 12 May<br> REQ:*** logged 4 June<br> REQ:*** logged 9 June<br> REQ:*** Logged 23 June <br> <br> Add in the complaint last week that they just completely ignored <br> MTN I cancelled and actually moved my number over to Vodacom in April already<br> Stop trying to deduct money from my account for a package that was cancelled late by your people.<br> This is not my mistake it is yours and this was cancelled before you decided to start your strike.<br> I have been reversing your ******* deductions from my account so stop it now<br> Also make sure you stop trying to deduct a 70Mb package and a detail billing fee on my canceled package<br> What is the detailed billing going to tell me \You did not use your canceled package"and I can't use the 70mb canceled data.<br> <br> You are welcome to call me if you do not understand why people does not have to continue paying you after moving their number to another service provider when you were the ones who put it through late.<br> My number moved in April already.<br> You also still owe me money for insurance you did not cancel when it was requested."""
