After nearly 2 weeks of trying to have my MTN Prepaid Cell phone Unblocked from the MTN network in order to use Product from Afrihost which is affiliated and collaborates with MTN, I was told in an Email to visit one of there Stores to recieve the necessary Help, MTN Constantia Village in Cape Town has to be the worst Customer Orientated Branch I've ever come across. Disinterested in solving the problem, blame shifting back to the MTN customer centre saying they dont know what they a talking about. This is after showing them the Emails. Total lack of Professional Client Empathy. The " Its not MY problem " attitude. Shocking. Avoid MTN Constantia Village. You better off talking to the Car Guards. Get a Much better response.
