Let's just agree that MTN has dropped the ball when it comes to their service if it not this its that,you can just tell that their are politics with the business. I have been struggling with a contract cancelation for months then I decided to go to their offices in Constantia Kloof. Where I met two understanding ladies who assisted me patiently and effectively. Towana and Felicity.
