MTN constant poor service experience

I note that the adverse listing is still not updated on my credit bureau profile. I paid the arrears amount and I am only left with a portion of the arrears balance which is only for month and not more. Why is the adverse listing not removed on my profile? I always have challenges with this stupid service provider. What do I need to do in order to get good service from you? You people know nothing about good service. I want answers urgently as this is affecting my chances of getting credit.
