MTN conning the public

They are only interested in taling your money.

I bought online a prepaid combo bundle.

saying to use my current number.

They took payment and arrnaged dlevery of anew sim.

when courirer arrive dtehyhassled me needing proof of residence which i didnt need to show.

then i was on teh telephoen for almost adya tryoing to findout how to actovate or what to do with teh sim.

went to te store and tehy send they cant help wiht online and we called again to be cut off again.

thEy also told i cannot use it with a current numner.

I am now emailing to get a refund/

They asking me for proof of payment when it was an online trnsaction and they have proof of payment and have received payment and have delivered a sim card.

Secondly three months ago they cut off my data because they didn't allocate my payment and i paid in store agin but still they debit each month and have not issued a credit or refunded that either.

There is no where online to change bank details and eventually i asked in store.

Because of this they will not set up a contract for me.
