MTN Conning customers for extra income!!!

It's ridiculous that every month there are additional charges added to my month to month contract. Every month I need to fight with staff members at MTN as they are always clueless on why I'm charged extra. There has been an increase but I was not notified but I'm expected to pay. It's ridiculous that MTN is trying to make an extra income with their customers contracts. This needs to come to a stop. MTN must bill accordingly!!Train their staff so they will be able to assist us. I'm cancelling my contract!!!!!!
