MTN connectivity in my community

For 5 years in my community the MTN network has been very poor. I get dropped calls and no data reception in my community. Whenever I have to do assignments for my studies I have to go outside in the open areas sometimes even late at night which is dangerous. I did called MTN service support middle of March and a technician called me to take down details. It’s now been 2weeks of radio silence from MTN and the technician, when I tried to call the technician he does not answer. Please MTN help me and my community solve this issue.
