MTN connection

Around the 15 of April I bought one of those MTN work from home data deals via a contract. Little did I know that it’s useless for me.

I have been trying to connect using my phone as a mobile hotspot but MTN connection at my house is almost to non existent. Calls and Zoom meetings get cut off in the middle and I am never able to connect and work.

I tried calling MTN and I was told to reset the network settings but that didn’t help at all. I am forever on LTE or 3G. The MTN call took 30 minutes of my valuable time with no success
