MTN conflict between sales and billing departments.

R249 PM DEVICE FREE This is how it is advertised on their website, I went to Woodmead Retail Mall branch and got myself one ONLY to find out that I have to pay R2500 for the device???? Went to them numerous times to try and resolve the issue and opened a number of tickets. The sales team say I'm not supposed to pay for the device and yet the billing department wants me to pay. What contradiction! Up to now they have not resolved my issue and they have suspended their services. Have not seen such unprofessional service whole of my life!!!
