Mtn coned me R9000

I am writing this review as I have been brutally bul**** my mtn... The contract department and the stuff and the system and their processes all of it have is soo ******* that till today am crying inside... R9 000 can be small money for them but it a lot of money for me and I worked very hard for it... But MTN and some of their unprofessional stuff conned my money that I worked hard for and they made sure I dnt get it back I try by all mean and they **** to me saying thrs no record and all **** to me.. If any can help get back my money or sue them am beging please.
