MTN Complete Incompetency

Yesterday I get a call from MTN to upgrade the various numbers I have with them, I go through the process and am told everything is sorted out. Later I receive an sms stating that I have exceeded my credit limit on one number and that my service will be suspended, I call MTN and get told that this was a system error and that I must ignore the message. Today I wake up to find that my main business number has been suspended in total, no messages, no emails and no calls. I then receive a call from my wife telling me that she has just received the same message on her main number. I cannot get hold of MTN as I cannot even dial 135 from my phone as it simply states all services suspended. This organizations is staffed by *********** fools and should be taken to task by the consumer protection onbudsman, they do not deliver what you pay for - ever.
