MTN Complaints not resolved - Reference number 1-***4

<p>Willem Jnr Loots from MTN Complaints Management Team called me on the 7th of July and assured me my call was escalated and will be resolved. It is 12 days later and I have not received any feedback. The call centre was not able to advise me if someone is working on the call and when it will be resolved.</p>
