MTN Complaints Management Team Lies!!!

I Posted reviews about my experience with MTN twice and both times i received a reply from Willem Jnr Loots from MTN Complaints Management Team, who **** about helping me resolve my issue and about getting back to me!! MTN staff only LIE!! They ruined my credit record for something i did not give them permission to do. like who gives any service provider a right to renew a contract without a customers knowledge or permission??? that alone is *****!
