MTN 'Complaints Management

i have sent 5 emails re my early upgrade every time i receive an read email but no one replies this is absolutely ridiculous. and very unprofessional. they don’t get back and don’t even reply. all I am asking is for some communication. then i get an number to phone them 083 23 8383 and wait like 30 min and no answer
