MTN complaints department Useless!!!

Its been two a month since promised a refund by a complaints manager by the name of Dinesh but nobody seems to be doing anything about it, I have been debited twice for a product I do not have but still no refund, its absolutely disgusting that I have to keep calling in to the customer service line with no chance in hell of being answered, why is it that I have to go to the extent of reporting this on social media before this issue is resolved, I want my refund!!!!!
