MTN Complaints department tops!

I went through a bad time with the service from MTN at store level, and felt that the people at the Call Centre does not really listen to what you are saying, and their replies are parrot style of no help at all. Nothing will change that, and that is why I went to Hello Peter.

The call back came from Roanne Jugganagh at the Complaints Department. Shame, I gave her such a hard time because of my frustation, but she stayed cool and polite the whole time
