MTN complaints department slow respons to review placed

I placed a review regarding MTN a while ago. Today was the 1 st time that MTN rep**** to my review. They want to cancel my upgrade which i had sucessfully done after not receiving any response. This is totally unacceptable and leaves me with a very bad impression. If MTN complaints responded sooner i would not be so upset There is definitely a lack of communication on MTN side. I am left with the impression that various people work with complaint lodged instead of 1 person dealing with the matter. They get their lines crossed.
