MTN COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT IS USELESS OVERCHARGING ME

Bad service rendered by MTN SA they keep on charging me extra while i took a contract for R666 including vat I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ARE THEY ROBBING PEOPLE ,MTN COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT IS USELESS . I am not sure how MTN users survive such slow services including myself this is so frustrating. MY BILL KEEPS ON fluctuating WHILE I SIGNED A DEAL FOR IT THAT IS INCLUDING VAT THEY KEEP ON CHARGING ME VAT. AS I AM WRITING THE SECOND COMPLAIN NOW IF THEY DON'T RESOLVE THIS MATTER I WILL TAKE IT UP WITH OMBUDSMAN. I have been trying endlessly to get MTN to look into sorting out additional charges. I don't trust MTN anymore at all anymore, i will never even recommend anyone to use it, no matter how they can lower their costs BECAUSE THEY ARE BLOOD SUCKERS. WHY YOUR LOYAL CLIENTS GETS TREATED LIKE *********?? NOW THEY WANT ME TO TAKE A ROUTER WITH THEM ,THEY CAN GO TO THE NEAREST HELL.
