The level of poor service and incompetency from MTN complaints Department is disgusting. I have never dealt with people who don't even know what they are doing, I wonder how they were even hired for that job. I have been trying to get my refund from the 20th October to date I have not received it even after numerous emails and communication with them, nothing, PLEASE I WANT MY MONEY BACK MTN.
