MTN Complaints Airtime

Good Day, I bought MTN airtime on the 24 April 2020 for R100.00 using standard bank cellphone banking, money was deducted from my account but i have not received airtime even today. I spoke to Precious Khan and other 3 to 5 MTN consultants , 27 May 2020 i received confirmation email from MTN that the statement was received and that the matter will be resolved in 72 hours. 06 June the matter is still not resolved.
