MTN complaints

I have the MTN ZTE month to month contract. I paid the contract every month yet my line has been cut. I'm telling you MTN has been sending me around and can not really tell me what is for what! They suck!!!! They are suppose to refund me R353 yet nothing! I am tired of the bad service I'm getting!
