MTN Complaint - URGENT

I have been an MTN client for about 20 years and have never ever lost or had a phone ******. I now have two insurance contracts for 2 phones and one of them was ****** (it can take 2 sim cards). They are now repudiating the claim as, according to them, the correct sim card was not used. The phone was insured, not the sim card only and the sales person did not tell us that only one sim card was insured. It is the worst treatment that I have experienced and I have been paying insurance all this time and then they find all kinds of excuses not to honor the agreement. I will immediately cancel both my insurance policies and advise everyone I know not to trust them and not to do the insurance they offer. It is ridiculous that this is how a person is being bamboozled into taking insurance and when you need to claim, they find all kinds of excuses to repudiate your claim.
